Marketing Feature Program Terms

Everlasting Storybooks is a brand of Print Nation, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”).

These terms apply if you check the box at checkout agreeing to let Everlasting Storybooks feature your child's book in our marketing. Participation is completely optional and has no effect on your order, your price, or our service to you.

1. What You're Agreeing To

By opting in, you give Print Nation, LLC permission to use images of your child's Everlasting Storybook — including the illustrated character created from your child's photos, your child's first name as it appears in the book, and pages, covers, or photographs of the finished book — in our marketing. This may include our website, social media accounts, email and text campaigns, paid advertising, printed samples, and materials shared with marketing partners such as influencers and reviewers.

This permission is worldwide, royalty-free (except for the gift card described below), and lasts until you withdraw it.

2. What You're Not Agreeing To

• This opt-in does not include the original photos you uploaded, or any other photo or video of your child. It covers only the illustrated character and finished book artwork. If we'd like to use your child's real photo or video — for example, a “before and after” showing a photo alongside the illustration, or an unboxing video you choose to send us — that happens only under a separate written Marketing Release that you sign at the time, with its own thank-you. You're always free to say no.
• We will never use your child's last name, your name, your location, your child's date of birth, or any other personal details beyond the first name printed in the book — and we'll leave out or change the first name if you ask.
• We will never sell or license your child's likeness to anyone for their own products or marketing.

3. The Thank-You

If we feature your child's book, we'll email you a $25 Everlasting Storybooks gift card within 30 days of first use. One gift card per featured book. Opting in doesn't guarantee your book will be featured; we select books based on our marketing needs.

4. Withdrawing Your Permission

You can withdraw at any time by emailing privacy@everlastingstorybooks.com. We'll stop new uses within 10 business days and remove your child's book from our website and social accounts within that time. We aren't able to recall materials already printed, distributed, or published by third parties, or ads already running, but they will not be renewed or reused. Any gift card already issued is yours to keep.

5. Your Confirmation

By opting in, you confirm you are the parent or legal guardian of the child in the book (or have their permission), and that you have the authority to grant this permission.
